Life's beautiful experiences happen when our mind mind is not focused on what we do not have and others have, when it is able to see clearly the boundless opportunities and simple joys in simple life.
I find that the more I slow down to take in the beauty of the natural world around me, the more content and at peace with myself I become. Spending time with nature does not have to wait til I am in vacation, it's a daily lifestyle.

ReplyDeleteI sometimes feel as you do. I love life for what it is now. I also have a restless mind though. I get frustrated with things as they are as well. I'm not sure if that's good or bad.
